Cabernet Franc should be kept under observation in Argentina and Uruguay. We believe that this could be a future “secret weapon” of ambitious South American winemakers. The nose appears like a fruit cocktail of red berries with a little mint and “Dulce de Leche”. Velvety with noticeable but round and soft tannins. The long finish ignites a final firework of cocoa and tobacco!

Food: Veal, beef & lamb

Aging potential: 10 – 12 years (under ideal conditions also significantly longer)
