The steam hammer! In order to tame this tannat monster, the bodega uses up to 15% white grapes, depending on the vintage. Even after 8 years of maturation the wine is still almost a youthful lout and further storage is highly recommended. Very flowery nose, which is broken by a strong scent of early ripe red berries. On the palate it discharges powerfully like a midsummer thunderstorm. A lot of oxygen is a blessing for this wine. After 2-3 hours of carafing it presents itself already much gentler.

Aging potential: 12 – 17 years (under ideal conditions also significantly longer)
